Wow! This is intimidating writing about me. Who am I? I basically look at myself as a servant. First to God (although unfortunately this is often more theoretical than actual), second to my wife. My children would be next and then my career. Although I very much enjoy my career, my passions lie in an unrelated realm. I love to talk about, study, teach, and counsel on the subject of Biblical personal finance. I have read many books by Larry Burkett and Ron Blue, but I believe the author who has best packaged this information for application in daily life is Dave Ramsey. I have facilitated his Financial Peace University several times at my church and have recently completed his Certified Financial Counselor course.
I have been a follower of Christ since 2001. It was a struggle for me to come to grips with science and the Bible, but through hours of study, prayer, and discipleship I came to an intellectual understanding. I am learning develop this into a heart thing as well.
